A purpose-built mounting point for solar racking on corrugated metal roofs. The S-5! CorruBracket 100T straddles the roof valley and fastens into the corrugation crests, keeping attachment holes above the main drainage plane.
Its structural aluminum body features a factory-applied EPDM gasket and a slotted top connection for M8 hardware. It works with our Kinetic 3-inch L-Bracket Kit and Kinetic rail systems, making it a practical roof attachment for compatible corrugated roofing.

The CorruBracket 100T includes four self-tapping screws and an M8 nut. Pair it with a Kinetic 3-inch L-Bracket Kit to connect your roof attachment to Kinetic Rapid 1 rail.
A separate S-5! M8 × 16mm flange bolt is required to fasten the L-bracket to the CorruBracket.
The CorruBracket 100T fits compatible corrugated profiles with approximately 67.8mm (2.67 inches) crest-to-crest spacing and corrugation heights of 19.1mm or 22.2mm (3/4 or 7/8 inch). Its formed base bridges the valley while the mounting flanges sit on the neighbouring crests.
Depending on the application and approved design, the bracket can attach to the metal sheeting or through the sheeting into the supporting structure. Fastener selection and attachment spacing must suit the roof material, thickness, substrate and project loads.
Corrugated roofing comes in different pitches and heights. Confirm the crest-to-crest spacing and profile shape before choosing this bracket. The CorruBracket 100T is a through-fastened mount for compatible corrugated roofs; standing-seam roofs require a different attachment.

Will this fit any corrugated metal roof?
No. The CorruBracket 100T is designed for compatible profiles with approximately 2.67-inch crest-to-crest spacing and 3/4-inch or 7/8-inch corrugation height.
Check the actual roof profile before ordering. Similar-looking roofing can have different dimensions that prevent the bracket and gasket from seating correctly.
Does it penetrate the roof?
Yes. This is a through-fastened bracket. The fasteners enter the corrugation crests rather than the drainage valley, and the factory-applied EPDM gasket seals beneath the mounting flanges when correctly installed.
Do I need to apply sealant?
The bracket comes with a factory-applied EPDM gasket, so field-applied sealant is normally unnecessary. The recessed gasket design helps protect the sealing material from sunlight.
Remove excess oil and debris and follow S-5!’s installation instructions to ensure the bracket and gasket seat properly.
What hardware is included?
Our CorruBracket 100T includes four self-tapping roof attachment screws and an M8 nut.
The S-5! M8 × 16mm flange bolt needed to fasten an L-bracket to the top of the mount is sold separately.
Does it work with Kinetic L-brackets and rails?
Yes. It works with our Kinetic 3-inch L-Bracket Kit and Kinetic rail systems, including Rapid 1.
Use the separate S-5! M8 × 16mm flange bolt and included M8 nut for the roof-mount connection. The Kinetic L-Bracket Kit supplies the hardware for the rail-side connection.
Can it attach to the roof sheet without reaching a purlin?
S-5! supports sheeting attachment for suitable applications, as well as attachment through the sheeting into the underlying structure. The correct method depends on the roof gauge, fasteners and required load capacity.
For solar arrays and other load-critical installations, use the applicable S-5! load-test data and project design to establish fastener selection and mount spacing.
Is this the standard 100T or the Mini version?
This listing is for the standard CorruBracket 100T with four roof attachment holes. The Mini version is shorter along the roof ribs and has two roof attachment holes.
