Is it safe to unplug this while charging?
It's best to avoid unplugging the cable while your solar panels are actively producing power and your power station is charging. Disconnecting a DC circuit under load can create a small electrical arc, which may gradually damage the connector contacts or your power station's solar input port over time.

Can I extend this cable?
