Good quality product, very well packaged thankfully, as the courier company left several dings and holes in the outer box. We just returned from camping in a very shady site, which would normally have us using our generator by the third day, but this panel set up kept us charged up all week. So far, we are very happy with our purchase. Customer service has been excellent so far too.
