Ultra-Flexible OFC Copper Cable — Sold by the Foot
Flexible copper cable for custom battery connections and power wiring. This oxygen-free copper (OFC) cable features an ultra-fine-stranded, pure copper conductor with a PVC jacket. Its flexible construction makes routing around equipment and working in tight spaces easier.
Available in 16mm², 35mm², and 70mm² sizes, approximately equivalent to 6 AWG, 2 AWG, and 2/0 AWG respectively. The conductor is bare copper, rather than tinned copper or copper-clad aluminium.
Sold by the foot: Choose your cable size and enter the number of feet required as the quantity. For example, quantity 10 means 10 feet of cable.
- Ultra-Fine Strands — flexible construction makes routing and positioning easier in tight equipment spaces.
- Pure Copper Conductor — oxygen-free copper, rather than copper-clad aluminium.
- Order Your Length — sold by the foot for custom cable runs.
- Three Useful Sizes — choose from 16mm², 35mm², or 70mm².
- Build to Suit Your Setup — add suitable lugs for battery connections, equipment leads, and general power wiring.
Finish your custom cables with our UL Listed Tinned Copper Crimp Lugs. Choose the barrel size to suit your cable’s actual conductor cross-section and the hole size to match your terminal stud.
Confirm suitability for ultra-fine-stranded cable and use the appropriate crimp tooling for a secure connection.

How do I order the length I need?
Select your cable size, then enter the required number of feet as the quantity. For example, quantity 15 orders 15 feet. Measure your cable route and allow a little extra for bends and connections.
What makes this cable easier to work with?
The conductor uses many ultra-fine copper strands, giving it greater flexibility than cable made with fewer, thicker strands. That makes it easier to route around equipment and position cable ends at your terminals.
Which size should I choose?
The right size depends on your equipment’s current draw, cable length, and installation requirements. Start with the equipment manufacturer’s cable recommendation, then account for the full circuit length and voltage drop.
The supplied sizes are 16mm², 35mm², and 70mm²; AWG references are approximate.
Does it come with lugs installed?
No. This is unterminated cable, giving you the freedom to cut and finish it for your installation. Choose lugs suitable for fine-stranded copper with the correct barrel size and terminal-hole size.
