Selterm Tinned Copper Marine Lugs (UL Listed, 600 VDC)
Selterm marine-grade battery lugs designed for clean crimps, excellent conductivity, and long-term corrosion resistance. Built from 99.9% pure annealed copper with a tinned coating, these lugs are a dependable choice for off-grid, solar, marine, RV, and automotive electrical systems.
Why You’ll Love This
- Marine-grade corrosion resistance: tin-plated copper helps slow oxidation and corrosion in damp, salty, or outdoor installs.
- Excellent conductivity: made from 99.9% pure copper for low resistance and reliable current flow.
- UL-listed confidence: certified to a recognized standard with a 600 VDC rating.
- Better fit options: choose Standard, Wide, or Extra Wide pads to match busbars, washers, and clamping surfaces. Maximize surface area or squeeze into tight places.
- Built for real installs: consistent wall thickness and barrel sizing for dependable crimps.
UL Listed = safer, more predictable installs.
These lugs are UL Listed and rated for up to 600 VDC, so you’re not relying on a vague “meets spec” claim — you’re buying a lug built and certified to a recognized safety standard.
Connection points are often a source of heat or failure on high-ampacity cables. Proven quality matters.
What’s Included
- 1 × Selterm tinned copper lug (configured by selected Wire Size / Stud Size / Pad Size)
Sold individually to keep your build flexible. Quantity discounts apply automatically as you add more lugs, making it easy to dial in the exact mix you need for your install.
Seal & Protect Your Connection
For a clean, sealed finish, use adhesive-lined heat shrink over your crimped lug. Most installs use 2–3 inches per connection, depending on cable size and lug style.

Installer Tips
• Cable sizing can vary by manufacturer — some “AWG” runs large or small. If you’re unsure, compare the conductor diameter to the lug barrel before crimping.
• Designed for copper conductors (or CCA, not intended for pure aluminum cable).
• For best results, use a proper hex or dieless crimper sized for the lug and conductor.
