Need extra reach or a clean disconnect? These SB50 extension cables give you flexible, plug-and-play connections between solar panels, batteries, DC-DC chargers, and portable power gear.

Built around the popular SB50 connector, these cables are a simple way to extend or re-route power between SB50-equipped devices — folding solar kits, battery cables, portable power boxes, and more. They’re assembled with quality cable sized for reliable off-grid use.

They’re also fully compatible with the SB50 battery cable included with our 200W Folding Solar Panel Kit, so you can add reach to that system without adapters.

For installs like DC-DC chargers, trailers, campers, and portable systems, you can even cut an extension cable in the middle — giving you two SB50 pigtails that make a neat quick-disconnect between your vehicle and trailer, or between a battery box and the rest of your DC system.

  • 10 AWG: 15 ft, 30 ft, 50 ft

  • 6 AWG: 15 ft, 30 ft, 50 ft
Reach & voltage drop reminder: Your total reach is the original cable length plus the extension you choose (for example, a 30 ft extension gives you roughly 45 ft total when added to a 15 ft lead). You can also connect multiple extensions together if you need even more distance.
i For longer combined runs, choose a heavier gauge (8 AWG or 6 AWG) to reduce voltage drop and keep your solar and DC-DC charging as efficient as possible.

6 AWG
Lengths: 15 ft, 30 ft, 50 ft 		Best choice for the longest runs and lowest losses. Use this when you routinely need maximum reach, or when feeding higher current loads and DC-DC chargers over distance.
