Canada Post Labor Disruption — We’re Shipping with Alternate Carriers
Our online store is operating normally. During the labour disruption at Canada Post, we had temporarily disabled Canada Post at checkout. Canada Post is mostly operating again and so we have re-enabled the option at checkout and will continue to monitor their performance.

What’s changing
- Canada Post options were temporarily unavailable at checkout. (Currently ENABLED)
- PO Boxes: please provide a street address (couriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes). Contact us for options if this isn't possible and we can still ship via Canada Post.
- We’ll continue to select the best courier service for your destination and parcel size.
What’s not changing
- Minimal impact: we already ship with Purolator, UPS, and FedEx—Canada Post is simply paused during the dispute.
- Orders are still packed and dispatched daily with tracking.
- Free shipping still applies on orders over $300 (see policy).
- Our support team is always here to help.

How will I know which carrier you used?
Your shipping confirmation email will include the selected carrier and tracking link.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
Couriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street or workplace address. (Contact us if this doesn't work for you)
Will my order be delayed?
Nope! Our warehouse is operating as usual. We are still shipping normally.
Are shipping rates changing?
No. Rates are calculated as usual at checkout, directly from the couriers. You’ll see current options and pricing before placing your order. Feel free to contact us if you aren't happy with your options.
Does free shipping still apply?
Yes. Free shipping still applies on all eligible orders over $300. See our Shipping Policy for details.
