Warranty Policy

Sapphire Energy Inc offers a comprehensive warranty program on everything we sell.  Where possible, you deal directly with us, and not someone overseas.

We believe in what we sell so we stand behind it.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects only.  Physical damage, abuse, or usage outside the advertised purpose is not covered.  Performance guarantee covers battery degradation to below 80% of rated capacity before the advertised cycles, or 5 years from date of purchase (whichever comes first).

The decision to repair, or refund, is at the sole discretion of Sapphire Energy Inc., following the guidelines below.  Replacements, if provided, will be of similar functionality, and may be refurbished units.  Your existing warranty term will continue, now covering the replacement battery.

 

 5 Year Limited Warranty for LiFePO4 Batteries
  • 5 Year Coverage Schedule:
    • Year 1:  Straight replacement, or refund if no suitable replacement available.  
    • Year 2 - 5: Repair, replacement, or pro-rated refund.


To make a warranty claim, please contact Support@SapphireBattery.ca and provide a detailed description of the issue, plus any photos, or videos, that support your concern.   The more details you can provide, the faster we can support you!

If your claim is approved, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and give directions on how to return your battery to us.  

Once received, we will confirm the issue, and determine how best to resolve the issue.  Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of the battery for a resolution to be presented.
